Jude's 2nd Birthday!!

Jude turned two years old on May 18, 2012! At two years old, Jude weighed 25 lbs, 9 oz (25th percentile) and was 33.25 inches tall (25th percentile). Jude's birthday was on a Friday, and we had planned to bring cupcakes to share with his classmates during their afternoon snack time, but Jude got sent home from school early that day because he was sick and developed a fever. Our main birthday present for Jude this past year was a restored 1950's Pedal Car. The pedal car first belonged to Ian's Uncle Kent and was then given to Ian as a child. We had the car restored by a friend of ours and it came out great! Jude was so excited to get in the pedal car and "drive" it on our street. Despite Jude being sick, we had a Thomas The Train themed birthday party for him at our house on May 19th and although the turnout was a bit smaller than we had planned for (due to Jude being sick), it was perfect and everyone had a great time.
