Due to Baby Walker #2's upcoming arrival, we had to do some moving around and as a result, Jude has a new "Big Boy" room! Our plan has been to transition Jude out of the nursery (that we decorated in a gender neutral theme) and into a new room decorated in a boyish fashion just for him; this way Baby Walker #2 will be able to have the nursery for her room. The theme for Jude's new room is Nascar!!! Here are some pictures to show off our hard work and Jude's new room:
To transition Jude into his new room, we started by doing his naps in there for a week. Tonight is Jude's third night sleeping in his new room and we haven't had any problems. I am thankful for my laid back, adaptable little guy! As far as the nursery goes, we've got a few more things to do to prepare it for Baby Walker #2 and once it's complete I'll do a blog post featuring it. The Walkers have a big weekend planned- stay tuned!
